Sufi Sun a South Asian Pakistani Queer

Sufi Malik aka Sufi Sun born and brought up in a Pakistani Sunni Muslim family in New York. She is a photographer, poet, an art teacher, and a lover. She left her family at the age of 17 to live her real own version of Sufi, doing everything on her own for herself making her own chosen family and community.

It was not as smooth as we can ever imagine to come up with a thing which is so unacceptable to our own family that they can disown us for that or whatever and the so-called crime she has done to be a "gay" or "queer" but it was not her choice to being a queer it is how it is.

And I am so glad that she didn't give up at any point in time in her journey. And came up as the icon for many Asian queer youths who still are not able to collect that courage to be open about their sexuality to their family friends and so-called society who never ever be there for them unless they do have some needs.

( check her own story "Growing up Muslim & Queer" https://youtu.be/1rvSmXD1-1g )

Apart from all this, she is such an impression on many of us who just believe in LOVE and nothing else, by the way, you should not need to be Queer or Homosexual to believe in just LOVE because love has no gender in reality if you think about it. If you try to look at her closely you will find out "how one can be so broken and at the same time the full of so much love".

You will find the touch of the Sufi sun in everything which she does whether her photography, her poems, her painting, her love for blue, her love of Sufism, or her love for her soul mate Anjali Chakra. She will make you think about what are you doing with your life, are you living it or not, and it is the real way in which you want to live your life.

She will make you think to find the purpose in everything you are doing and how are you contributing to your society. She is the epitome of love, courage, pain, and sunshine.

"I taste the fear of being alone,
Heavy on my tongue
I can't help but swallow all of it
And let it sit in my stomach
Before it goes to waste
To teach me a few things
About the way, I relish
Within myself."

Taylor Swift - Peace - folklore (deluxe version)

(Peace is a calm tune describing a changing view of romance, it will connect you to the core of your heart and will make you think that, is it okay, if your LOVE will never give you peace, will you still you love your love. It will make you think about love from other perspectives with all the pain, peace and love.) "Our coming-of-age has come and gone Suddenly the summer, it's clear I never had the courage of my convictions As long as danger is near And it's just around the corner, darling 'Cause it lives in me No, I could never give you peace But I'm a fire, and I'll keep your brittle heart warm If your cascade ocean wave blues come All these people think love's for show But I would die for you in secret The devil's in the details, but you got a friend in me Would it be enough if I could never give you peace? Your integrity makes me seem small You paint dreams-capes on the wall I talk shit with my friends It's like I'm wasting your honor And y...

( This is the third track of Miley Cyrus on her seventh studio album 'Plastic Hearts'. This seems to be about her relationship with Kaitlyn Carter. This song full of poetry with love and pain will dive into your ocean of emotions. So enjoy this beautiful piece.) Mmm, mmm, mmm Flowers in hand, waiting for me Every word in poetry Won't call me by name, only "baby" The more that you give, the less that I need Everyone says I look happy When it feels right I know that you're wrong for me Gonna wish we never met on the day I leave I brought you down to your knees 'Cause they say that misery loves company It's not your fault I ruin everything And it's not your fault I can't be what you need Baby, angels like you can't fly down hell with me I'm everything they said I would be La, la, la I'm everything they said I would be I'll put you down slow, love you goodbye Before you let go, just one more time Take off your clothes, pretend that...
