Breath to Realign Body & Mind

As we all know and experience Breath is the most essential part of our life, the exercise we do consciously and unconsciously without having a break. "The only thing that stays with us from the moment we are born until the moment we die is our breath." Breath plays the most important role to align our mind and body, which is most important these days where everyone is facing some kind of mental stress and feeling depressed etc. For today's generation where everyone is facing some kind of distress cause of many varied situations (job's issues, career issues, relationship issues, money issues, friendship issues, etc.), realignment of mind and body is important.
